We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the media manager in developing media strategies and planning according to business and overall marketing cadence, including press and industry media, OOH, digital media, social media, search engine, programmatic buy, and CPL/CPA model.
  2. Set up end-to-end campaign user journeys and monitor execution performance, optimizing in process with Data & Analytics support to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of media plans.
  3. Develop social content plans and carry out operations with agency support, integrating business priorities and marketing activities into social content plans. Generate insights on reader preferences and provide guidance on topics and creative content to content providers for high-quality content preparation.
  4. Work with the social media team and risk 2nd line of defense team to ensure consistency and compliance in HSBC's social media governance and regulatory policy.
  5. Assist the media manager with media and social agency daily operations and management, new partnership development to strategically and scientifically enhance external media communication.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or a related major with a minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience and a minimum of 3 years in media planning roles.
  2. Integrity, strong ownership, and great communication skills, capable of coordinating requests from various parties and providing high-quality deliverables.
  3. Solid knowledge of the China media and social environment. Preferred working experience in luxury, retail, or financial industries with active marketing practices.
  4. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, capable of pushing the boundaries of the status quo.
  5. Tech-savvy, always willing to explore new technologies and possibilities.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
