Role Overview:
The Communications Manager is tasked with executing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies in China. Collaborating with the communications teams across Europe and Asia, this role will implement Bunge's integrated corporate communications initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company's culture, messaging, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of communication strategies to effectively convey organizational initiatives within China.
  • Collaborate with the global communications team to facilitate the rollout of various communication programs and processes.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance information exchange and support engagement efforts.
  • Oversee brand messaging and alignment, promoting the company's image through events and sponsorships.
  • Create compelling written and visual content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage communication platforms, including WeChat, to bolster Bunge's internal and external communication efforts.
  • Monitor media activities and build relationships with key journalists to identify communication opportunities.
  • Support crisis communication efforts in alignment with corporate protocols.
  • Engage in projects that facilitate organizational change, identifying and delivering communication opportunities.
  • Develop materials to assist local management in community and industry engagement.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Communications and have 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a global organization. A Master's degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Chinese and near-native English is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
