Internal Communications Strategist

Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans that support company goals and objectives. Drive branding initiatives in the site, ensuring that the company's brand is consistently represented and promoted internally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, AHM, etc.
  • Craft compelling internal messages and communication materials that resonate with corporate messaging.
  • Support senior executives' communication to employees, including the preparation of email communication, speeches, and AHM presentations.
  • Give advice and develop training programs and materials within the organization on how to make communication more effective and engaging.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, major in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or other related subjects is preferred.
  • 5-6 years direct working experience in corporate or internal/employee communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, as well as strong executive ability.
  • Good command of English and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, responsible, eager to learn, willing to take up new duties, and meet new challenges.
