Job Description

Bunge is a leading global agribusiness and food company, operating in over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Purpose: The Communications Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing internal and external communication programs in China, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and priorities.

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated corporate communications programs in China.
  • Collaborate with the regional and global communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to gather information and support internal communications and engagement.
  • Lead and supervise brand and message application and alignment in the country.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality written and visual content for key internal channels and tools.
  • Supervise and create communication materials and channels to support Bunge's communication efforts.
  • Monitor media activity and manage the media landscape in China, including building contacts with key media and journalists.
  • Support crisis and issues communication in cooperation with China Corporate Affairs.
  • Participate in key projects to support organizational change and proactively identify and deliver communication opportunities.
  • Create and maintain materials to assist local managers in their community and industry affairs efforts.

Requirements: A degree in Communications or a related field, 7-10 years of experience in a communications role within a global matrix organization, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end communication strategies.
