Position Overview
You will play a vital role in supporting the development of digital assets and managing platforms to enhance HHS campaigns and analytics. This includes the integration and dissemination of content across social media channels in alignment with our global strategic non-profit partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement global internal communication strategies and develop a tailored internal communications plan.
  • As a primary content creator, design and produce corporate materials in various engaging formats, such as posters, infographics, and videos, to improve employee communication effectiveness.
  • Transform complex topics related to Garrett technologies and innovations into engaging narratives that educate employees about the company's strategies and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to formulate and execute an internal social media strategy that supports employee engagement and enhances employer branding.
  • Manage internal communications events, including Town Hall meetings, annual gatherings, Family Day, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, while driving local CSR and sustainability efforts.
  • Utilize comprehensive metrics tracking to identify trends and adapt digital tools to maximize employee impact.
  • Work closely with the China Communications Team on corporate projects, ensuring an integrated approach.
  • Provide insightful marketing intelligence reports.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional English and Chinese writing skills; graphic design capabilities are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field such as journalism, communications, marketing, or human resources.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within comparable organizations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, intranet publishing, and video production.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
