Position Overview:
The Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in executing communication strategies within China. This position is integral to the communications team across Europe and Asia, focusing on both internal and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey organizational initiatives in China.
  • Collaborate with the global communications team to support the execution of various communication programs.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance information exchange and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication efforts.
  • Create engaging written and visual content for internal platforms, including newsletters, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage communication channels, including WeChat, to enhance Bunge's communication initiatives.
  • Monitor media activities and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
  • Assist in crisis communication efforts in coordination with corporate affairs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by identifying and leveraging communication opportunities.
  • Develop materials to aid local managers in community engagement and industry relations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Communications and have 7-10 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is advantageous. Experience in a global organization and proficiency in both Chinese and English are essential, with additional languages being a plus.
