Position Overview
As a key player in supporting Garrett Advancing Motion's Hometown Solutions, you will be instrumental in the creation of digital assets and the management of platforms that bolster HHS campaigns and analytics. Your role will involve the integration and dissemination of content across social media channels, in alignment with our global strategic non-profit partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies, including a tailored internal communications plan for China, in collaboration with the country communication leader.
  • Act as a primary content creator, designing and producing corporate materials in diverse and engaging formats such as posters, infographics, videos, and interactive content to enhance employee communication.
  • Transform complex topics related to Garrett technologies and innovations into engaging narratives that educate employees about the company's strategic priorities and their individual contributions to achieving results.
  • Support employee engagement and employer branding initiatives by formulating and executing an internal social media strategy in partnership with the marketing communications team.
  • Oversee internal communication events, coordinating activities such as Town Hall meetings, annual dinners, Family Days, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, while driving local CSR and sustainability projects.
  • Utilize comprehensive metrics tracking to identify trends and adapt digital and internal tools to maximize employee impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the China Communications Team on corporate projects, ensuring an integrated approach to initiatives such as milestone projects and executive visits.
  • Provide insightful marketing intelligence reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional English and Chinese writing skills; graphic design capabilities are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as journalism, communications, marketing, or human resources.
  • A communications professional with 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within comparable organizations.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute meaningfully.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, intranet publishing, and video production.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
