Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital and New Business PMO team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, charter development, and governance of strategic initiatives across medicine, medical devices, and digital solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery and report to the Digital and New Solutions (DNS) director.
  • Act as PMO to lead planning, charter development, and governance for DNS team strategic initiatives.
  • Establish a robust innovative project management mechanism to lead launch preparation, launch readiness tracking, and cross-layer change management.
  • Participate in concept design and testing of innovative digital and new business models to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate across DNS strategic initiatives with project leads, evaluate risks, and identify synergistic opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support DNS product planning and business decision-making.
  • Build business knowledge and knowledge base generated from strategic initiatives to articulate and replicate within the business unit.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above (MBA preferred) with specialization in Medical/Pharmaceutics/Business.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting for healthcare, medical devices, or digital health industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage technical platforms for collection, review, and dissemination of projects.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and diligent with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals from various disciplines at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Fluent Chinese and English.
