  • Strive for cost leadership and competitive pricing within the product portfolio, ensuring adherence to best practices and benchmarks.
  • Foster a quality-first mindset across all areas of the cross-functional team, promoting accountability and commitment among all stakeholders.
  • Consolidate individual product financials into comprehensive platform summaries across various OEMs, regions, and business units.
  • Contribute to the global business analysis process by providing technical and financial enhancement suggestions aimed at advancing digitalization, standardization, and data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or finance-related domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with tool capabilities and machine operations.
  • Proficiency in database software (Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in teams, with strong communication skills in an international environment.
