About the Job


We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead our China operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, guiding, and coordinating project execution in China, as well as leading a team to achieve project targets.



Responsibilities



  • Responsible for the definition, planning, guide, and coordination of project execution in China, leading the team to complete project targets.
  • Assist China management team in conducting daily work and report to headquarters on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for the implementation and periodic reporting of headquarters globalization projects launched in China.
  • Conduct and record management meetings and track the implementation of actions in the meeting.
  • Focused on internal issues, improve opportunities, and promote continuous optimization.
  • Improve internal project management systems and train internal project management philosophy.


Qualifications



  • Require: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or administrative project management.
  • Prioritized: Master's degree (MBA) or PMP is a plus, better to have experience in process optimization or reengineering.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English skills with oral and written abilities.
  • Mature and sensitive to client needs.
  • Team-play and solid management depth.
  • Good influencing skills.
  • Good at focus prioritization.
  • Good business acumen within a fast-paced organization.
  • Strategic thinking.


What We Offer


Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
