Job Overview

Faurecia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the industrialization and launch of our programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of program objectives in terms of quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program quality and profitability
  • Manage program performance through key indicators such as customer PPM, scrap, and operating margin
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
  • Cascade program objectives to functional teams
  • Act as the official Faurecia representative for the program
  • Apply engineering change management processes
  • Ensure a permanent reservoir of productivity ideas
  • Organize program documentation and ensure data continuity
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality systems, HSE, safety, and regulation standards

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or business administration
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in design and development or industrial operations in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, design of experiment, and functional analysis
  • Master Faurecia Program Management System or equivalent
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Network animation and influencing skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
