About the Role

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
