Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily report preparation, overtime tracking, and application of warehouse consumables and packaging materials.
  • Analyze daily inbound and outbound data, summarize findings, and identify operational issues.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for inbound, packaging, and outbound processes, communicating with relevant departments for improvement.
  • Conduct cost analysis and control, identifying cost control points and proposing improvements.
  • Under minimal supervision, coordinate operations through interaction with operations management.

Requirements

  • Operational understanding of daily warehouse procedures.
  • Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Access, SQL, PowerQuery, and Power Pivot.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Language proficiency in English.
