Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve warehouse efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
