Hospital Emergency Solution Manager

At Pfizer, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Emergency Solution Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with healthcare professionals to improve the positive impact of our medicines and vaccines.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize provincial external environment by driving updates and implementation of antimicrobial drug classification management directories and super-product registration policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resources and shape provincial key hospital access environments, exploring innovative access models to accelerate product access.
- Promote policy opportunities for innovative products under DRG/DIP policies.
- Prevent product limitations in hospitals and resolve hospital limitation issues (e.g., national product access leading to limitations on products like Tofranil).
- Background in medical, pharmaceutical, or experience as a KA manager, district sales manager, or regional marketing manager.
- High-level knowledge and expertise in native or overseas volume-based procurement and antimicrobial stewardship.
- Strong communication skills, fast learning, and good key account management skills, with understanding of Chinese health policies and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of clinical medicine, data analysis, scientific thinking capability, and innovative thinking.
- Project management and academic conference organization experience.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other office software.
- Improving internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by enhancing inter-departmental collaboration to improve efficiency and achieve mutual goals.
- Coordinating and leveraging internal resources to provide innovative solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Simplifying connection processes between HCPs and Pfizer as a single point of contact.
- Gathering and providing more professional data knowledge and insights to strengthen the connection between Pfizer and medical institutions.
- Gathering and providing insights to support policy decisions of relevant departments.
