Job Summary

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Hospital Emergency Solution Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with healthcare professionals to improve the positive impact of our medicines and vaccines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize provincial external environment
a) Drive updates and implementation of antibacterial drug classification management directories and ultra-product registration policies
b) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate resources and shape provincial key hospital access environments, exploring innovative access modes to accelerate product access
c) Drive policy opportunities for innovative products under DRG/DIP policies
d) Prevent product limitations in hospitals, solving hospital limitation problems (e.g., national product access causing limitations for Tofranil)
2. Operations/Project Management
a) Regularly interpret policy documents within the region
b) Regularly organize cross-functional communications (PF, MA, HA) to integrate resources and shape environments
c) Build access platforms, three-medical coordination platforms, and AFS platforms to achieve business goals

Professional Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in medical, pharmaceutical, experience as KA manager, district sales manager, regional marketing manager background is a plus.
  • High-level knowledge and expertise in native or overseas volume-based procurement and anti-microbial stewardship.
  • Strong communication skills, fast learning, good key account management skills, understanding of Chinese health policies. Networking skills is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical medicine, data analysis, scientific thinking capability, innovative thinking. Project management and academic conference organization experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, other office software

  • Gather and provide more professional data knowledge and insights strengthen the connection between Pfizer and medical institutions.
  • Gather and provide insight to support the policy decisions of relevant departments.
