Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively gather feedback from guests and communicate necessary actions to relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
2. Cultivate a philosophy among staff that prioritizes exceeding guest expectations at every interaction.
3. Ensure that all guest concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
2. Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
4. Strong communication and computer skills
5. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, along with valid work authorization.
