Capital Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team at Hydrafacial Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd (China). As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our capital equipment to aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets and sales goals.
- Provide potential outcomes and return on investment (ROI) to customers to help them understand the value of our products.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent.
- Experience selling into the aesthetics market, including dermatology/plastic surgery or high-end resort spas.
- Experience selling capital equipment to physicians, not hospitals.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
