Manager of Capital Sales

Position Overview
Hydrafacial Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for Capital Equipment who will concentrate on the marketing and sales of capital equipment to aesthetic clinics, medical spas, and luxury resort spas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with medical practices and spas to introduce the Hydrafacial system, connecting with various stakeholders including physicians, aestheticians, and spa managers.
- Assess customer requirements and present potential outcomes or return on investment (ROI), assisting clients in effectively integrating Hydrafacial treatments into their offerings.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, utilizing cold-calling, in-person visits, networking, and online platforms.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly sales targets. Develop strategic selling approaches using marketing resources to enhance client interactions and the overall experience with Hydrafacial capital products.
- Post-sale, facilitate a smooth transition for new clients to the Account Management team, ensuring continued support for consumables and business growth with Hydrafacial devices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A college degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in selling within the aesthetics market, particularly in dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-end spa environments, with established relationships in the region.
- Experience in selling capital equipment to medical professionals (excluding hospitals).
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through strategic initiatives.
- Proven success in closing sales based on ROI and assisting medical practices or spas in developing their business around your products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
