Capital Sales Development Manager

Discover a rewarding opportunity as our Capital Sales Development Manager in Beijing. At Hydrafacial Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd, we're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our capital equipment sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Performance Director to focus on the sale of capital equipment by selling into aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas in Beijing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers to the benefits of our Hydrafacial technology.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly targets and sales goals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by identifying potential customer needs, providing return on investment analysis, and delivering presentations to showcase our product's value proposition.
- Generate leads through cold-calling strategies, client networking, and social media avenues.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Collaborate with our Account Management team to ensure seamless delivery of consumables and exceptional customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A college degree or equivalent.
- Experience selling capital equipment to physicians, preferably in the dermatology/plastic surgery or high-end resort spa sectors.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
