Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update and manage receiving and shipment details on the customer portal for all clients.
  • Generate repair quotations and ensure timely uploads to the customer portal for specific products.
  • Monitor quotation acceptance on the customer portal and approve in SAP for designated products.
  • Upload quotations into relevant portals for various product lines.
  • Support trials, team activities, and project roll-outs.
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of new processes and workflows.
  • Conduct time-studies of work processes and present reports and statistics.
  • Propose enhancements to processes in physical or data flow and engage in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive in offering support to team members.
  • Proficient in office software applications.
