About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the entire recruitment process at adidas. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, Business, and Recruiting colleagues to identify, qualify, and attract top talent for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment process from requisition approval to offer process, working closely with hiring teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and suitability for roles.
  • Provide guidance to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process and update them on the status of the process.
  • Develop and implement a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy.
  • Identify new candidate pools and leverage various channels to proactively identify passive candidates.
  • Work closely with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and jobs.
  • Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and internal recruiting.
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to develop strategies and practices to build effective candidate marketing strategies.
  • Manage business relationships to ensure alignment of talent needs and develop new recruitment strategies.
  • Coach and influence management to gain alignment on all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Support and champion broader TAEE recruiting initiatives and drive best practices within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in global/international recruiting, leading international recruitment mandates for all level candidates.
  • Industry experience and deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel, and/or retail industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in driving end-to-end recruitment mandates.
  • Experience in offer negotiation, awareness of local legislation, and employment market/compensation trends.
  • International experience, having worked across multiple countries/regions.
  • Knowledgeable about managing diversity & inclusion from a talent acquisition perspective.
  • Minimum Master's degree in HR, Business, or related studies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
