Job Summary

As a Strategic Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories and industries. You will participate in marketing activities, such as seminars and workshops, to generate qualified sales leads. Your goal will be to provide technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers, leading to successful sales closure. Additionally, you will develop and maintain key account strategies for high-profile customers and foster strong relationships with industry leaders. You will also handle customer happiness through effective coordination with the Customer Support team and submit timely funnel and forecast reports. Furthermore, you will provide feedback on marketing and technical information to the marketing team.

Requirements

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials, or an equivalent field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in capital equipment, preferably in the analytical instrument market, is necessary. You must have a confirmed understanding of the analytical instrument business, effective interpersonal and listening skills, as well as self-motivation and result-orientation. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English are essential, as well as accurate forecasting abilities. Additionally, you should have knowledge of general analytical instrument products, specific industry experiences, and the ability to handle subjective decision-making. You should also possess college degree or equivalent sales/business experience, clear and concise verbal communication, and effective time utilization.

Physical/Environmental Requirements

Travel will involve a mix of airline, rail, or bus transportation. Occasionally, you may need to lift and/or move up to 30 kg.
