Senior Sales Manager for Elevator and Escalator Distribution

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our elevator and escalator distribution team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Mentoring and developing sales talent to ensure long-term success
In addition to your sales expertise, we are looking for someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be required to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and must be comfortable working in a global setting.
