Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategy plans to promote Entegris solutions to customers.
- Lead the sales team and cultivate individual salespeople.
- Drive revenue growth and market share maintenance/penetration in target customers.
- Set up role models of industry knowledge and product knowledge.
- Understand customer business and technology roadmaps.
- Closely work with supporting teams for new project bidding, contract preparation, and after-sales service.
- Participate in regional sales and marketing meetings for regular business updates.
- Maintain active and positive relationships with customers.
