Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing regional business strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including tenders and quotations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and solutions
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company resources
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the electrical motor industry
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
