Key Responsibilities

Product Creation and Maintenance:

Maintain and update the product creation system, including file maintenance and attribute management.

Market and Data Analysis:

Conduct market and data analysis to inform product decisions.

Task Overview:

  • Maintain and update the LINELIST, including create and attribute maintenance.
  • Maintain and update the PAC, including create and attribute maintenance.
  • Maintain and update the MP2 system, including create and attribute maintenance.
  • Maintain and update the Masterfile, including design CADs, PO quantity, and ST quantity.
  • Maintain and update the Merch Tracker, including attribute maintenance and delivery information.
  • Maintain and update the PISA, including design system CAD upload and update.
  • Consolidate and upload global inf download to RCC SharePoint, including hangtag, naming logic, and sustainability.
  • Support regular trend research.
  • Check and follow up on concept/product legal name.
  • Coordinate samples, including KA, Marketing, and Inline needs, custom clearance, and shipment.
  • Prepare fitting comments files, including costing and margin overview, PLM and DES fitting notes.
  • Produce the RCC Magazine, including RCC China quarterly update merch pages, market, and consumer trends.
  • Develop pricing ladders, including Puma and competitors.
  • Conduct competitor research online and offline.
  • Analyze SI and ST, including numbers update, draw conclusions on colors, fits, and materials.
  • Manage the RCC CN Costing Archive.
  • Coordinate and support the department head.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Interest in the sportswear industry.
  • Passion for fashion trends.
  • Good sensitivity to data and market analysis.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to learn.
