YOUR MISSION

Key Responsibilities:

Management of product creation systems and file organization

Conducting market research and data analysis

Overview of Tasks:

  • Update and maintain the LINELIST (Creation and attribute management)
  • Manage and refresh the PAC (Creation and attribute management)
  • Oversee the MP2 system (Creation and attribute management)
  • Maintain the Masterfile (Design CADs, Purchase Order quantities, Stock quantities)
  • Update the Merch Tracker (Attribute management and delivery information)
  • Administer PISA (design system - CAD uploads and updates)
  • Consolidate and upload global information downloads to RCC SharePoint (Hangtag, naming conventions, sustainability initiatives...)
  • Assist with ongoing trend research
  • Verify product legal names and follow up as necessary
  • Coordinate samples (Key Accounts, Marketing, Inline requirements, customs clearance, shipping)
  • Prepare fitting comments files (Costing and margin analysis, PLM and design fitting notes...)
  • Contribute to the quarterly RCC Magazine (RCC China updates on merchandising pages, market and consumer trends)
  • Analyze pricing structures (PUMA and competitors)
  • Conduct competitor research both online and offline
  • Perform SI and ST analysis (Update figures, draw conclusions on colors, fits, materials)
  • Maintain the RCC CN Costing Archive
  • Support team coordination and assist the department head
