Lead Modern Instrumental Music Educator

Teach Around Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Modern Instrumental Music Teacher to join our esteemed faculty in Beijing. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to inspire students, nurture their musical talents, and instill a deep appreciation for modern instrumental music.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans focused on drums, keyboard, guitar, or bass, catering to students' diverse needs and abilities.
- Create age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards, emphasizing creativity, technique, and musical expression.
- Teach students practical skills, music theory, and performance techniques, fostering their growth and confidence.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive and develop their musical abilities.
- Organize and lead music ensembles, performances, and school concerts, providing opportunities for students to showcase their talents.
- Evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and grades that support their development.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and extracurricular activities, contributing to the broader educational community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Music, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following instruments: drums, keyboard, guitar, or bass.
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience in modern instrumental music.
- Proficient in English.
- Meet visa application requirements.
