Your Core Responsibilities
- Oversee production performance by analyzing actual Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Identify and resolve issues related to OEE implementation.
- Track essential production data, including cycle times, setup durations, and headcount, ensuring accurate maintenance within the SAP system.
- Evaluate and analyze machine capacity and utilization for budgeting and investment purposes.
- Facilitate plant budget quantity structures and cost-saving initiatives, mentoring colleagues across various departments.
- Conduct Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities utilizing Industrial Engineering tools such as MTM, time studies, and ergonomic evaluations.
- Lead digital transformation projects within the Industrial Engineering domain.
- Deliver training and share expertise within the Industrial Engineering functions network.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with no restrictions on the field of study; preference for Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Over five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in mechanical production.
- Proficient understanding of product manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
