Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process development, design, and manufacturing for new products
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Lead and coordinate project phases from Phase 3 to Phase 4, ensuring timely production launch
  • Review and improve product and manufacturing processes to optimize yield, reliability, and efficiency
  • Lead cost reduction programs, identifying and implementing initiatives to meet goals
  • Track critical parameters, taking corrective actions to improve quality, safety, and production rates
  • Assist operations in meeting production schedules, minimizing downtime, and controlling product defects

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Key qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with ISO, ITAF, and APQP processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and carry out multiple projects
  • Estimating and budget management skills
  • Good English language skills
