We are seeking an experienced High-Performance Analog Engineer to join our timing customer applications engineering team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure our products are well understood and designed-in successfully.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital circuit fundamentals, signal integrity issues, and simulations.
They will also possess excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers, create technical sales training, and visit customer sites to provide technical backup.
You will also design, debug, and document demonstration and/or evaluation boards, support IBIS modeling and validation, and debug/test/document and share results of enhanced features in existing or future products.
Additionally, you will develop launch collateral for new products, including reference manuals, review datasheets, and test software features.
We are looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working on challenging problems in an interrupt-driven environment.
They must exercise good judgement with clear decision-making capabilities to drive results, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers by email, phone, and in-person visits.
- Create, promote, and deliver technical sales training to field personnel.
- Visit customer sites to provide technical backup for sales and marketing personnel.
- Design, debug, and document demonstration and/or evaluation boards.
- Support the IBIS modeling and validation for new product development.
- Debug/test/document and share results of enhanced features in existing or future products.
- Develop launch collateral for new products.
Requirements
- Minimum of a technology-related bachelor's degree or equivalent training, and master's degree is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuit, signal and system fundamentals and methodologies.
- Knowledge of phase locked loops (PLL), control systems, or serial transceivers experience.
- Knowledge of signal integrity issues, simulations, and familiarity with the EDA tools such HyperLynx is a plus.
- Schematic capture and PCB design skills, and familiarity with the EDA tools such as Cadence is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper and effective use of lab test equipment such as oscilloscope.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in both Mandarin and English (CTE6 or high TOEFL levels).
- Knowledge of firmware programming, soldering and rework tools, and familiarity with Python is a plus.
