Job Title: Construction Quality Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Manager to join our team at SBM Offshore. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the construction phase are in compliance with HSSE, GEMS, contract, and subcontract requirements, as well as international codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the project management team to collect information related to specific requirements from GEMS, SBM standards, contract, subcontracts, international codes, and standards.
  • Perform a gap analysis between standard requirements and project-specific requirements.
  • Define project performance indicators and ensure implementation of the construction Lesson Learned into standard procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through the work and deployment of construction engineering initiatives.
  • Manage all project construction quality activities, including creating and diffusing a positive Quality culture and 'No Defect' philosophy within the project.
  • Liaise with Site Quality Engineer and Project Quality Manager for Site QA Surveillance Program and Quality and Product Assurance matters.
  • Collect, monitor, analyze, and report project performance indicators and identify any potential impacts to overall delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HSSE, GEMS, and international codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
