English Teacher for Middle School

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English teacher to join our team at a bilingual school in Shanghai. As an English teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the school's mission of providing a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach English language and literature to middle school students, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate learners.
  • Prepare and deliver lessons, assessments, and reports, as well as provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with Chinese teachers to develop and improve the school's English curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of all learners.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and providing targeted support to help students achieve their goals.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, using clear and constructive language to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English language and literature, education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching English in a middle school setting.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
