About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our team at Dow Chemical (China) Investment Company Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading materials science company and contribute to our mission of delivering a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and deliver end-to-end solutions in assigned discipline(s) to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Support program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers.
  • Engage with third-party providers to establish, develop, and review the suite of services in assigned discipline(s).
  • Address escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable.
  • Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s).
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (written & oral)
  • Demonstrable communication and inter-personal skills for working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Very good coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as appropriate with a high degree of accuracy
