About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance and Talent Consulting Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our Human Capital Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects, supporting project selling, and contributing to content and people development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality consulting projects, including clarifying team goals, assigning responsibilities, sharing information, coaching team members, managing financials, and monitoring progress.
  • Leverage your understanding of our service scope to build connections with team members and clients, driving project success and client satisfaction.
  • Apply your in-depth HR knowledge to translate client business issues into integrated multi-component solutions, driving business performance through people performance.
  • Provide meaningful insights and potential improvements to internal and external client deliverables and new offers/solutions.
  • Co-present solutions and recommendations to senior client management teams in a structured and articulate manner.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management, organization effectiveness, or total rewards solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies.
  • Strong business acumen and credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with senior government officials, CEOs, Board members, etc.
  • Solid project management experience and excellent client management skills.
  • Client orientation and enthusiasm for providing solutions that impact clients' business results.
  • Flexible and able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
