Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to strategize and execute sales initiatives, provide dealer support, and drive marketing activities. This will involve employing effective sales techniques, including personal client interactions, participation in exhibitions, and offering sales assistance to dealers.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree required.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales within the medical instruments sector.

Additional Skills
- Proficient in supporting dealers with product knowledge.
- 50% of sales should come from demonstrations.
- In-depth understanding of standard business operations.
- Basic English proficiency is necessary.
- Fluency in Chinese is essential.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients at all levels.
- Skilled in problem evaluation and identifying cost-effective solutions.
- Competent in using various computer software.
- Strong communication skills developed through customer engagement.
- Experience in troubleshooting and negotiating with external contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Objectives (75%)
  • Manage orders, sales, accounts receivable, and loan budgets within the designated territory.

Sales Activities (5%)
  • Direct sales efforts in select private and VIP hospitals, as well as in situations without dealer representation.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Engage directly with customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to uphold local reference sites.
  • Support local marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in national events within the territory.
  • Provide product demonstrations as required.

Dealer Support (15%)
  • Assist local dealers with significant or strategic transactions.
  • Develop dealer relationships and provide ongoing training.
  • Aid regional managers in selecting appropriate dealers.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of project tracking with dealers.

Operational Duties (5%)
  • Generate monthly reports on project tracking.
  • Prepare quotations and engage in the order and sales process.
  • Support local service engineers in resolving key customer issues.
