Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize the number of preview package sales and presentations booked.
  • Support customers in making informed decisions to purchase and travel on the Holiday Discovery Package by highlighting its benefits and features.
  • Ensure all guests meet the qualifications and details of participation for each offer as set forth by Anantara Vacation Club.
  • Update customer details in the Salesforce system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Effectively manage assigned leads to maximize conversion to preview package sales, adhering to company regulations on talking time and valid pass-hours.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the Shanghai Call Centre management team.

Requirements:

  • High school or vocational secondary school above.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, including active listening, empathizing, problem solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous telemarketing service and solution selling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment, with a strong ability to perform under deadlines and adapt to change.
  • Fluent in Mandarin. English and Cantonese speaking will be a plus.
