Job Summary

Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing the implant market in the Shanghai region. This role will focus on increasing revenues and market share through key accounts or developing new channels, aiming to achieve sales targets and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet annual sales targets.
  • Promote and specify Straumann products in responsible applications and territories for end-user demand creation.
  • Grow market share in key accounts within the territory.
  • Identify and capture share gain opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Collect and provide competitor and industry information.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Working experience: Sales Consultant at least 3 years, Senior Sales Consultant at least 5 years, preferably in the Medical and Healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed business analysis skills, including opportunity and risk assessment.
  • Strong solutions knowledge with business understanding and market knowledge.

  • Good selling skills and customer orientation.
  • Good teamwork spirit and self-motivation.
  • Basic influencing and communication skills, planning, administrative, and coordinating skills.
  • Develops basic understanding of product lines, customer segments, and their needs, divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices, and policies.
  • Works from standard guidelines. Learns to modify or adapt behavior to changes in the situation or environment to reach a goal. Learns to examine available information in problem situations to determine the best solution.
  • Cooperates closely with superiors and/or experienced sales personnel in carrying out job functions. Receives frequent supervision.
