Drive Sales Growth with 3M

As an Inside Sales Representative at 3M, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with 3M's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, present product solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of 3M's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM tools and other reporting systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain customer relationships, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, excellent organizational and time management skills.
