Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in product and/or marketing management, preferably in FMCG or Tire Industry.
  • Experience in transferring technical concepts into strong marketing communications messages.
  • Experience working with complex portfolios and project management.
  • Ability to understand new product development processes and budget management.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in stakeholder management and adapting messages to different target audiences.
  • Agility in prioritizing and executing agendas with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Team player with a fast learning and creative thinking ability.
