We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Sales to join our team at Third Bridge. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients and driving sales growth through aggressive target achievement.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. As a VP, Sales, you will have the chance to develop and execute a quarterly territory plan, prioritize potential clients, and apply sales and negotiation skills to close profitable deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry, with experience in complex client negotiations and deal closures. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience are required. The successful candidate must also have permission to work in the country they are applying for.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a quarterly territory plan to achieve quota
- Prioritize potential clients within market fit parameters
- Apply sales and negotiation skills to close profitable deals
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of Third Bridge's products and value proposition
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects
- Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate product value proposition and competitive advantage
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools
- Vacation: 15 days (increasing to 20 days after 2 years of service)
- Learning: HKD 8,250 personal development allowance per year

Estimated salary range: HKD 300,000 - HKD 500,000 per annum, depending on experience
