Job Title: Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Retail Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and performance of our key B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our China-based online channel partnerships, driving their trading performance and ensuring the highest level of partner satisfaction.
  • Provide technical consultation to new partners during the implementation of our API and other products, ensuring that certification standards are met.
  • Define and execute growth initiatives of commercial and technical nature.
  • Project manage partner initiatives, coordinating between external stakeholders and internal teams across integrations, product, business development, and finance.
  • Be the ear to the market for further product development, gathering common requirements and guiding prioritization to keep our technologies ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of work experience in a high-growth company, preferably in the technology/software industry.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.
  • Experience with APIs and Postman.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
