About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited team in Shanghai, China. As a key member of our Global Selling team, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive the delivery of new products, features, metrics, or system changes to support Seller Quality and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that improve Seller Quality and Operations
  • Gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, and identify resources needed
  • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop milestones and launch schedules
  • Lead solutions to solve challenges Sellers face across their accounts, focusing on policy compliance and adherence
  • Contribute business and technical skills to assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, and anticipate and resolve bottlenecks
  • Navigate and influence internal policy, product, and operations teams to provide the best solution for Sellers
Requirements
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience (preferred)
