Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Conduct regular data compliance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data governance and security.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data security and privacy laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. At least 8 years of experience in privacy and data protection compliance/data/cyber security area.
2. Familiarity with Chinese and foreign laws, regulations, and practice guidelines related to data security and protection.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Graduate degree or above.
2. Working experience in law firm or consulting institution.
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
