Product Manager for PL Charger and Energy BU Controls China

As the Product Manager for PL Charger and Energy BU Controls China, you will be responsible for building and executing the product roadmap for the Product Line in China. This involves developing a product solution that meets the demanding market requirements on both technical and commercial aspects.
Key Responsibilities
• Master market intelligence to understand customer needs, suppliers, and competitors' solutions.
• Maintain close interaction with customers to understand their product roadmap and identify associated acquisition opportunities.
• Lead benchmark activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Product Roadmap Management
• Identify the need for new product solutions and develop associated business cases.
• Propose relevant base/platform activities (technical and commercial) to support the company's growth on the electrification road.
Acquisition and Sales
• Engage in early acquisition phases to promote the company's product solution.
• Identify and lead acquisition frontloading activities (product solution + cost analysis) to support sales planning.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of key players in the charging products market.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
• High self-motivation and ability to drive cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach.
• Experience in project development processes.
