Programme Coordinator for Northeast Asia Cooperation

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Programme Coordinator to join our team in Northeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of our regional programme, with a focus on strengthening economic and technical cooperation among our member countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for programme events, meetings, and workshops
- Assist in preparing and organizing research reports, policy briefs, and other programme materials
- Provide administrative support to programme officers and management
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build relationships and advance programme objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, economics, public administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in programme coordination, administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Northeast Asia, its politics, economy, and culture
