Position Overview

In this role, you will take charge of driving sales and providing exceptional support to key accounts.

  • Understanding the premier account landscape and identifying target markets. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and optimizing budget expenditures;
  • Implementing comprehensive business strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sustainable growth and annual targets;
  • Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships, leveraging resources to meet the needs of key accounts; Promoting synergy within the Roche portfolio to deliver tailored business solutions;
  • Overseeing an effective distributor network, providing guidance and monitoring distributor performance;
  • Conducting thorough competitor analysis and collaborating with the tendering team to manage processes effectively;
  • Coordinating with various internal functions to enhance business efficiency;
  • Undertaking additional tasks or projects as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health or Science disciplines; an MBA is advantageous;
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.

You should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience within the industry. Experience in marketing and channel development is a plus.
