Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team at DSV. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of cargo and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
- Verify costs from subcontractors and maintain high cost consciousness.
- Ensure data quality in GEE/DTT and complete reports in line with client SOP.
- Provide support to customers and internal teams on operational queries.
- Handle customer complaints and claims, and coordinate exceptional cases with agents.
- Escalate issues to relevant account owners or superiors as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
