Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team at DSV. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of cargo and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
  • Verify costs from subcontractors and maintain high cost consciousness.
  • Ensure data quality in GEE/DTT and complete reports in line with client SOP.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams on operational queries.
  • Handle customer complaints and claims, and coordinate exceptional cases with agents.
  • Escalate issues to relevant account owners or superiors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
